Product Description

The BR-120G gear hobbing machine is a hobbing machine that combines the Y-direction connection and the Cutter Box module on the common platform of the BR-120 series gear machine. The motion function is shown in Figure 1.

The machine adopts high-speed dry cutting hobbing technology, supplemented by air-cooled micro-lubrication technology, and implements green and environmentally-friendly gear processing.

The machine features a Y-axis feed function for worm gear machining, and a five-axis linkage high-speed, high-efficiency machining high-precision worm gear using a conical worm gear hob.

For different process requirements of small modulus cylindrical gears and shaft gear machining, BR-120G gear hobbing machines are divided into BR-120GA type and XT-120GB type.

The I type hobbing machine adopts the first-stage deceleration hob structure. The spindle has large torque, large inertia and adjustable transmission gear clearance. It is suitable for high-speed cutting and hard-tooth scraping of cylindrical gears.

The Type II gear hobbing machine adopts the direct drive spindle structure, high speed and high precision, and is suitable for high speed cutting and hard tooth surface scraping of shaft gears.
